Laugh-out-loud, swoon-worthy romance!!

Sweet delicious awkward apples! Those Three Little Words by Meghan Quinn was a laugh-out-loud accidental pregnancy romance I didn’t know I needed in my life! Meghan is the queen of witty hilarious banter and smooth steamy dirty talk that will have you completely and utterly cheering and swooning over Eli and Penny to find their very own HEA with their new family of three.

This audiobook is narrated in duet by Kelsey Navarro and Teddy Hamilton, and wow did they both deliver in all the best ways! This may be one of my new favorite performances by them both. Kelsey gives so much life to strong, determined Penny. I loved how well Kelsey portrayed the various stages of hormonal, pregnant Penny. From uncomfortable, to super turned on, to just a bit crazy; Kelsey makes you feel all the things in her performance! Teddy Hamilton was sinful and swoony as Eli Hornsby. Teddy also does an amazing job showcasing Eli’s vulnerable side from his past but also conveys his caring, and loyal side as he cares for Penny. (so dreamy!) Kelsey and Teddy will also make you chuckle with their spot-on comedic timing, and burn up your earbuds with Eli and Penny’s steamy chemistry.

Overall, I loved this book! If you love an accidental pregnancy romance with a hot hunky hockey player, a sassy fierce social media influencer, a wild birthday night to remember, a protective older brother, awkward text exchanges, apples, watching Ozark, all the hormonal pregnancy outbursts, Dr. Big Pecs, lots and lots of spicy times (whew!), gummy bears, unexpected parent visits, and a HEA that will melt your heart and make you swoon over those three little words, then you will adore Eli and Penny’s story! This book may now be one of my absolute favorites, and I always look forward to more from Meghan Quinn!

Those three little words

Loved it! I love Eli! Bless his heart. I am just hoping that all of these guys get their own book! The epilogue made me think that they may not, so I’m going to have to investigate.

Eli Hornsby Is The Best!

𝑻𝒉𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝑻𝒉𝒓𝒆𝒆 𝑳𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒔 by 𝐌𝐞𝐠𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐧. Where do I begin? Well, I will say that I alternated between the eBook and the Audiobook and I loved every minute of it!

I mean, I can 𝙣𝙤𝙩 pass up any chance I get to listen to #TeddyHamilton narrate a book! He is fabulous with his voice changes and he absolutely brought Eli “Horny” Hornsby to life! His character was phenomenally chiseled and I couldn’t get enough!

And, #KelseyNavarro nailed it for Penny Lawes! I loved how she brought Penny’s personality to the forefront of the story and she had me rolling eyes, laughing out loud and just had me so invested!

This second installment in Quinn’s 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 series is awesome. Laughs, sparks and so much more make up this awesome story! I can’t wait to read more of these 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 stories!

Meghan Quinn is a Rom Com queen. I have to remember whenever I want a good laugh to go through her list of books. This book had me laughing but I had to remember I was at work while listening to it but when I was in my car all bets were off. You will LOL through most of the book and fall in love with Eli while laughing.

Audio was great, enjoyed listening

I always enjoy listening to Meghan Quinn books. She definitely knows how to write a spicy rom com. This one is no different.

Eli was a wonderful and relatable main character. I really enjoyed his progression throughout the book.

Penny was definitely relatable at some points but I really struggled to like this character. I find the rambling, awkward female main character trope annoying, personally. And she was given that personality trait. She was really sweet, patient and even feisty but also incredibly frustrating.

Don’t get me wrong, so was Eli. But I understood where Eli was coming from because that was explained. Eli was a great communicator and never left any room for question as to where his head was at. When he was ready, he opened up and explained everything. Penny had trouble listening and her patience wavered frequently.

All in all, above are my initial thoughts. I find I’m on that needs to sit with them after finishing a book for a while before really knowing how I feel about it afterward.

Learning to love

The Vancouver Agitators are back again and this time we get Eli Hornsby, the player who loves the ladies but never settles down. When it is Eli's birthday then Penny Laws can't let him drink alone so she shares a birthday moment with him and one thing leads to another and before they know it they are forever tied together. Eli can't let his feelings for Penny come out as she is his best friends sister and he has lost so much in his life that he isn't willing to loose his friends. Penny is funny and full of conversations in her head that sometimes gets her off track. When she finds out she is carrying Eli's baby she will have to learn to put on her big girl pants and find what she wants and help Eli to see it is okay to fall in love.

This is a great series with great characters and I loved Eli and Penny. There are funny times and some that will make you want to shed a tear. I both laughed and cried for Penny and Eli. Emotions are all over the place with both characters. I loved the side stories of the other characters and that we got a glimpse of maybe what's to come next.

Kelsey Navarro and Teddy Hamilton were terrific. So good together and perfect for Penny and Eli. Loved listening to both of them.

This is a great story and I highly recommend it.
